Aberdeen, Abingdon, Belcamp, Edgewood, Havre De Grace, Joppa, Maryland
The suburban communities of Joppa, Edgewood, Abingdon, Belcamp, Aberdeen and Havre De Grace sit along the I-95, northeast of Baltimore, between the points where the Gunpowder River and the Susquehanna River flow into the Chesapeake Bay.
The Aberdeen Proving Ground borders the cities to the southeast occupying over 70,000 acres along the Chesapeake Bay. The Proving Ground is home to the United States Army Ordnance Museum, which has a 25-acre park with 200 various military vehicles on display.
Other area attractions include the Gunpowder Falls State Park with nearly 18,000 acres and about one hundred miles of trails, the Cal Ripken Stadium, the HEAT Education and Conference Center and numerous golf courses.
There is a large selection of hotels and motels in the area and they all offer easy access to the I-95 as well as to the military installations and area attractions.
